My name is Lauren Szumski and I am a second year MSPO candidate from the University of Pittsburgh. I am currently conducting research for my Capstone and would greatly appreciate your participation. Please find a description of the study and link to the survey below:
This online questionnaire is part of a research study at the University of Pittsburgh. The purpose of this research is to investigate how P&O practitioners conduct outcome measures in their clinical practice. Your responses will be anonymous. Your participation is completely voluntary and you can close the survey at any time if you choose not to participate. By submitting your answers, you give consent to use your responses in academic research.
Completing this survey should take no more than 5-10 minutes. You will be asked to answer 12 questions based on your personal use of outcome measures in the clinical setting. As with any data collection, participating in this survey holds a risk of breach of confidentiality (ie: unauthorized access to the collected data). In this study, confidentiality will be maintained by collecting the data anonymously. We will not collect nor store identifiable information.
