Hello All and Happy New Year!
I am wondering which joints people are using for elbow contracture orthoses? I am looking for a single upright something which can be in the bend of the elbow and fixed at a certain position but also adjusted as ROM improves. This individual is extremely tight - barely able to get to 90deg and is getting skin breakdown in the crease. I looked on-line and most of the OTS devices are extremely bulky - I am just interested in a single joint which can be attached to arm shells - Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Cheers,
cheryl
