1) LOOP velcro

3) Dollar store colored duct tape, or find colored/designer duct tape online. Moleskin

2) Banana Peels

4) DuctTape with silicone spray over the top

5) we often use PTFE teflon tape in our practice. It's not as durable as shear ban (it rolls up sometimes), but is less expensive and much thinner. I think it's about $50 for a 3x 36' roll.
