We have used the below two Ottobock products as wrist joints when we need adjustable ROM. Both are more bulky than we’d like but we haven’t found any alternative.

Meridian Ped ankle Joint

Ultraflex has one that is quite small and is typically used on opposite side of the concentric joint so you could simply order medial lateral of these.

Kid Dee Lite joint is super small and listed as handling up to 54 pounds in pediatric AFOs. Can be used for wrist applications.
