Hi Colleagues,
I have an experienced amputee client who has been on a seal in system for some time. He is able to manage it well but has atrophied / lost weight and now things are falling off. He is developing Alzheimer’s Dementia and so this next socket will need to be more “dummy proof”. He wants something more “reliable” than the seal in, although of course, this is plenty reliable when it fits rights. I like the quality of suspension with an air suction system, so I am looking for experience with pin + air systems. I’m thinking. Locking liner, Coyote air lock, and glue on ESP rings? Anybody have similar ideas or experience? Thanks as always,
