Hi all,

I have a new to me request to brace an adult with severe scoliosis.I am thinking of making a custom molded plastic TLSO similar in design to a Boston Brace. I am wondering if others out there have had successes or failures with this. Objectives would be to provide back support, pain relief and some alignment correction would be a bonus. She's about 50 years old now and had Harrington rod surgery as a adolescent, since then the rod was removed. She has a left lumbar curve with a lot of rotation and lumbar kyphosis, upper lumbar is fused, not L4-5 or L5-S1. She is facing a surgery to fuse all lumbar and up to mid scapula.

Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks in advanced!
