I fabricate the odd CROW boot.typically use thermofoam (aliplast 4E / Volara
4E) to line the boot, and on occasion use PPT/Poron in pressure areas.
I have one patient that sweats more than I have ever seen, and the PPT acts
as sponge, soaks up the sweat and never dries out overnight.
Other options for lining a boot like this? Something that will repel the
moisture, other than the Aliplast?
Just looking for your ideas.
Thanks
