Thanks to everyone who responded to this:
I’m about to embark on a wrist disarticulation side-pin suspension project using a WillowWood TPE liner. Any recommendations as far as adhesive. It would be great to have a similar adhesive as that used to glue the distal umbrella in place.

Responses:
use a sleeve to get a better hold. Make your own silicone liners with Renew Silicone (I made of my own silicone test liners this way. They just never held on as positively as an off the shelf TPE liner.)
Coyote Adhesive (I think black is the flexible one)
use a lanyard and cleat (adds length to WD)
ask WillowWood to make a custom liner
Rutland’s 500 degree high temp silicone sealant available on Amazon. Strong, sticks well to fabric and is flexible. Smooth with alcohol soaked gloves.
