Hello All,

SO I have a very large (35 thigh) female patient that needs bilateral knee
replacements (no deformities, just bone on bone), but cannot get the
surgeries yet due to her weight. Since she cannot have surgery, she needs
bilateral knee braces in the mean time to help with mobility and pain. She
is ambulatory with no assistive device. I would love to do bilateral OA
braces (frame style), but fear them rubbing and getting caught on each
other.

I'm afraid my only option is hinged neoprene wrap around braces so they
will be thinner between her thighs, but I know they will not provide much
support.

Any other opinions out there, please let me know.
