Good morning,

I am posting to let you all know about an exciting opportunity here in the PT program, as Sac State. We are holding an interdisciplinary clinic for amputees to receive holistic care. We are not pushing any services, only providing them so that our students can learn from this unique population.

My question for you is, do you have anyone in mind that you think might be available and appropriate for this upcoming clinic? I look forward to hearing from you either way, and would welcome your thoughts/comments/suggestions on how we can make this learning opportunity for students and community members excellent. Please feel free to call or email.

Please see the flyer attached, should you think it appropriate to send to a patient. Make sure to have any individual contact me to schedule, as we won’t be able to accommodate individuals for “drop-in” visits at this clinic.

Thank you for your time.
