We had a client come into our office wearing a locking mechanism that I do not recognize and cannot find on the web without knowing the proper search term. It consist of two metal plates, one with a serrated surface and one with a spring loaded catch. The serrated piece is attached to the inner socket and the catch component is attached to the external frame. I suspect that this may not be hardware specifically for the prosthetic profession but may have a more general use. Does anyone know the name and or source for this system?
