Hi all,
The notes that should have been done by physician, like patient is ambulatory with the weakness or deformity of the foot and ankle…”, has to be on the MD’s office visit note, OR can be on the detail written order to be sufficient by Medicare?
Asking this because most of the MDs don’t have time to add notes! but if we provide them with the DWO they can just sign it.
